Celebrating 1000 Designs
Today, FaveUp passed it's 1000th design, including 450 sites, 450 logos, and about 100 business card designs. There's some fantastic stuff on there and to celebrate, I've put together my favorite cards into a post over at FreelanceSwitch called 18 Smokin' Hot Business Card Designs.
Here are a couple:

Anyhow, I'm working hard on a killer Photoshop tutorial for a murder scene, so I'll stop getting distracted looking at business card designs and get back to work now!

Thanks Collis for these beautiful designs. I remember seeing most of them on some other website, and i agree that rounded corner in a business card can radically change the look
Great inspiration bundle

Thanks guys! Yeah I thought it was a good opportunity to cross pollinate all the sites (psdtuts, fsw and faveup) and mix up the audiences
Yay!

Always wondered, who do you get to print these things. No offense to Google but you search for printers and you get the web style ‘office max’ printers. We should make a list for designers who may not have access to good local print shops. Thoughts?

Yeah, the Ubiquity card is a straight up copy of the Ubuntu logo. Nice regardless.

Great designs, but not very useful. The sales people where I am now and at the agency I used to work for would have balked at most of them. As a designer, and now in sales support in a Fortune 500, you hand someone a business card that they can’t write on the back of, you might as well not given it to them at all.

Hi and thanks for posting my card design !! great to be here!
I am the designer who made the Ubquity card and logo, and for Zach, i can assure you that the ubquity logo is not a copy of the Ubuntu logo … it may have similitudes because of the same two first letters … I didn’t even know the Ubuntu logo berfore you post your comments
Anyway thanks again

The Ubiquity logo is nothing like the Ubuntu logo.
